| 内容記述 | 2018 年 10月13日 (土) ～14日 (日)、奈良教育大学グラウンドにおいて、平成30年度学長裁量経費の支援を受けた防災ワークショップ 2018が開催された。ワークショップには、本学教員 5 名、大学院生 2 名 (他大学からの参加者１名を含む)、学部生 15名の総勢 22 名の参加者が得られた。初日は、避難所受付を想定した組み立て式パイプテント2張を本学グラウンドの入り口付近に設営し、参加者宿泊用のテント6張をハンドボールコート横の芝生に設営した。次いで、学内から集めたペットボトルによる簡易濾過装置を作成、市販の携帯濾過装置を用いた実習をとおして災害時の飲料水確保の方法についての講義が展開された。その後、奈良実習園に移動し、堆肥置き場を利用して、縦1 m 横幅30 cm 深さ70 cm の穴を掘り、目隠し用のブルーシートを設置することで、3つの公衆トイレ設営を行った。また、炊き出しに必要とされる道具として、実習園に保管されているキャンプ用品、一斗缶やドラム缶を探し出し、これらをリヤカーに搭載し本学グラウンドに持ち帰った。炊き出し訓練では、米5 kg を炊飯し、カレーを調理した。夜間には、奈良県避難所マニュアルや本学防災マニュアルに関する学習を行い、本学マニュアルの問題点の抽出と議論を行った。二日目には、炊き出し訓練において、米5 kg を炊飯し、豚汁を調理した。学内ツアーでは、附属小学校内に設置された備蓄倉庫や学内8箇所にある非常用自動販売機の場所の確認、災害が発生した場合の避難経路の確認を行った。参加者にとっては、模擬的な避難所運営を通して、自助・共助の基本を学び、災害時に想定される様々な状況を考える良い機会となった。 Disaster Prevention Education Workshop 2018 entitled “Disaster Prevention field experience activity” was held at the Playground of Nara University of Education on October 13-14, 2018. A total of 22 participants were obtained at the workshop, including 5 teachers of the university, 2 graduate students, 15 undergraduates. On the first day, two assembled pipe tents assumed to accept evacuation centers were set up near the entrance of the playground and 6 small tents for participant accommodation were set up on the lawn next to the handball court. Next, a simple filtering device was created by a plastic bottle, collected from the university, and furthermore, practical training for ways to secure drinking water in case of disaster using a commercially available portable filtration device was carried out. After that, we moved to Nara Training Garden and set up 3 public toilets by digging holes with a length of 1 m lateral width of 30 cm and depth of 70 cm in a compost storage place, installing a blue sheet for blindfolds. At the Garden, we picked up camping equipment, 18-liter square cans and drum can as cooking tools, and were loaded on a handbarrow and brought to our university playground. As the practice of soup kitchen, we cooked rice 5 kg and cooked curry. At night, we learned evacuation site manual of Nara prefecture and disaster prevention manual of university and discussed the problem of our manual. On the second day, we cooked rice 5 kg and cooked “tonjiru”, miso soup with pork and vegetables. On the campus tour, we checked the location of stockpiling warehouses and the site of 8 emergency vending machines installed in university and checked evacuation routes in the event of a disaster. For participants, it was a good opportunity to learn the fundamentals of self-help and mutual assistance through simulated shelter management and consider various situations assumed at the time of disaster. |
