| 内容記述 | New Fundamental Law of Education were promulgated on December 22, 2006. This law approved by all the revisions is essentially different from old Fundamental Law of Education. In this paper then, historical essences of these two Fundamental Law of Education was clarified, and new Fundamental Law of Education was examined from the standpoint of the Constitutionalism. | |||||||
