In 2015 November, a new art pro-ject entitled “Gakuenmae Art Week 2015” was held in Nara prefecture. The author participated in this art project as an exhibiting artist and at the same time, also organized and planned the collaboration of art works of students from Nara University of Education, Tezukayama University and Tohoku University of Art and Design with another exhibiting artist, Mr. Natsunosuke Mise.Through a division of labor, the students interacted with each other on the conception, production and exhibition of their collaborations. This study presents the methodology on the implementation of art creation activities through the coordination of multiple universities. This study also confirmed that the coordination with artists and the engagement reference of art universities are linked to the resolu-tion of technical problems and study on the diverse thoughts concerning the creation of non-art stu-dents.
