 note = {小学校学習指導要領家庭（平成10年）の改訂においては，領域の廃止，学習時間の削減，学習内容の削除と中学校への移行措置など大幅な変更がなされた。本研究は学校教育現場における学習内容の構想・教材開発をはじめ，教員養成カリキュラム作成上の示唆を得ることを目的に，改訂内容がこれからの授業の実際に如何に反映されるかを把握するために，学習指導要領に対する家庭科担当教師の意識を食物学習を中心に調査，検討した。その結果，領域の廃止と題材指定の緩和を肯定的に受け止めている教師が多いこと，学習指導要領において削除された「間食」および中学校へ移行されることになった「栄養素とその働き」と「会食」の学習が継続して指導される傾向にあること等が分かった。 In order to obtain suggestions for the organization of the curriculum for food education in the homemaking classes in elementary schools，this study investigated the awareness of homemaking education teachers of the revised Courses of Study issued in 1998 by the Ministry of Education，Culture，Sports，Science and Technology． Many teachers agreed to revise the Course of Study as regards the abolishing of the learning domain and the modification of the specified learning materials．As many teachers objected about the revision of the contents for food education，there is a tendency for teaching in this area to continue as in the past．},
