| 内容記述 | The strategy establishment for every school quality is further required to carry on characteristic school structuring open for the regional community. therefore, in this paper, the writer has intended first to seek features related with quality by finding the process of quality control. Next, a question was made on the leadership, that is, a major building factor from the current standpoint while grasping the concept of organization management to raise the quality. Then, concerning unavoidable evaluation policy to promote the quality of school, while attention was made on the movement of other corporate(business company and governmental employee), the writer has studied through examples self-evaluation policy of school, the characteristics and lessons of teacher's personal assessment as ability development. Achievements made so far are summarized as follows. First, the concept of the Total Quality Management(TQM) has been introduced with success not only to private corporations but also to local autonomous body. The concept of TQM is that of QC(Quality Control), development of organization management related with the management cycle of PDCA, clear basic policy, leadership of top management, self-enlightenment of staff, ability development based on mutual enlightenment. Second, leadership required from current standpoint is a symbolic and human revolutionary one to stimulate and move staff as subordinate. Third, the point to be emphasized is this:we must stady how to grasp as action the individual vision of school reform(early,short,medium and long standpoints). Under the school culture, consideration must be made and according to case we must not neglect a support from the educational committee. Fourth, as one of governmental employee system reforms, there is a forecastability-development type personnel evaluation system which will spread. This system is based on the self-appraisal and work achievement evaluation system. These evaluation results are utilized for those who wish personal transfer and decision of work share, screening for transfer to educational manager. Also, as regards teachers who have an excellent ability in guiding student's study and behavior, it is desirable to place these teachers to such leader's post as supervisor. | |||||||
