The factors examined were Locus of control(LOC) on belief level and Reformative and Redressive Self-control and external self-control on behavioral levels. 298 college students were asked to respond to 3 scales, which were LOC scale, RRS scale, and academic procrastination scale. Main results was as follows: 1. There were significant negative relationship between internal control, and significant positive relationship between external control of LOC and academic procrastination. 2. There were significant negative relationship between Reformative self-control and academic procrastination, and significant positive relationship between external self-control and academic procrastination. 3. A pass-analysis was conducted using Amos to examine if there was a causal relationship among LOC, Reformative self-control, external self-control and academic procrastination behavior. It was found that LOC controlled academic procrastination behavior mediated Self-control and was not controlled directly procrastination. On the other hand, reformative self-control controlled strongly and directly academic procrastination behavior.
