For examining these potentiality and tasks, it was developed new teaching units that is based on the theory of HELP by Corbin. In this teaching unit, the learning process and the products were measured in terms of student formative evaluation in the fitness education of physical education classes, the learning notes written by the students and the questionnaire of the learning contents. The main findings were as follows: This teaching unit got a high formative instrument focusing on students' interactive and cooperative behaviors in physical 1) These teaching units got a high formative evaluation in the fitness education by the students. However the image to the fitness education could not get a high evaluation in the two classes. 2) By analyzing the questionnaire of the learning contents and the learning notes written by the students, the most of students can learn the content of the fitness and keep the learning product after learning this teaching unit.
