2003年から2006年までの4年間にわたって滋賀県大津市、田上山麓のアカマツ林でコツブタケ子実体の発生調査を行った 2003年には調査地に発生した全ての菌根菌子実体についても採取した。2003年には21種9531個の菌根菌子実体が発生し、そのうちウラムラサキ（Laccaria amethystea）が7387本と優占していた。コツブタケの子実体は2003年に33個、 2004年には95個、2005年には50個、 2006年には26個採取された。 R関数によりコツブタケ子実体の空間分布パターンを解析したところ、2003年は少数の子実体が集中して分布、2004年と2005年は多数の子実体がある程度集中して分布、2006年は少数の子実体がランダムに分布し、子実体発生数が大きく変動しただけでなく、分布域や分布パターンも変化していた。また前年の子実体発生位置から1m以内の比較的近い場所に翌年も発生することは希であり、年度間の分布はそれほど重ならなかった。2004年と2005年に採取されたコツブタケ子実体の一部から菌糸を分離培養し、ISSRマーカー(GAC)7を用いて、コツブタケのジェネット分布を調べたところ、32個のジェネットが検出された。1個の子実体で1つのジェネットを構成する場合が53%と多く、ジェネットサイズが6m以上のものは3割以下と少なかった。また2年の間で共通して見られたジェネットはなかった。 |

Sporocarp occurrence of Pisolithus arhizus was surveyed for 4 years (2003 - 2006) in a ca. 0.8 ha area in a Pinus densiflora stand at the foot of Mt.Tanakami, Otsu, Shiga. Sporocarps of other ectomycorrhizal species were also sampled in 2003. A total of 9,531 sporocarps of 21 species were sampled in 2003. Sporocarps of Laccaria amethystea amounted to 7387 pieces and was most dominant in this stand. 33, 95, 50 and 26 sporocarps of P. arhizus occurred in 2003, 2004, 2005 and 2006, respectively. Spatial distribution of sporocarps of P. arhizus analyzed by point process theory was contagious in 2003, weakly contagious in 2004 and 2005 and random in 2006. Spatial distribution pattern and the number of sporocarps of P. arhizus varied very much among years. Genets distribution of P. arhizus was examined using ISSR marker in 2004. 23 genets were detected and about a half of them consisted of only one sporocarp. About a half of sporocarps sampled in 2005 were also examined and no genets observed in 2004 were detected in 2005. |
