| 内容記述 | According to Schoen, D.A., the low stringency of knowledge and skills comes from the complexity of practice situation, and "reflection in action" is the positive existential base of "reflective practitioner". The group of care-givers organized the tentative curriculum of child-care based on many years of research on child-care practice and developed the curriculum through the research on child-care practice. In this study, I examined the shuttling of research on child-care practice and curriculum design in this curriculum development, and discussed the growth processes of the care-givers who are becoming "reflective practitioner" through "reflection in action." | |||||||
