2007年8月に実施された特別支援学校教員免許認定講習において、 「特別支援教育と現職教員研修に関するニーズ調査」を実施し、その内容を分析した。その結果、実務上、従来の盲・聾・養護学校教員養成の体制から特別支援学校教員養成の体制への過渡的な状況を反映して、多くの懸念が示されていた。また、現職教員のニーズとしては、全体として、特別支援学校免許に結びつく形で、特別支援教育への問題意識と学習要求が強く示されていた。しかしながら、少なくとも、特別支援学校教員免許認定講習などの資格取得に結びつく研修の機会は多くないことが明らかとなった。このようなニーズに対応して、本学に設置されている特別専攻科・大学院の周知と内容的充実、さらには、教育委員会と連携して認定講習に類似した単位取得のできる専門性向上事業などの実施などが求められていることが明らかとなった。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_full_name_2":{"attribute_name":"著者(ヨミ)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{}],"names":[{"name":"タマムラ,
