| 内容記述 | The special support education as the reform of special education is sure to request the change from a basic principle of the administration on the guidance of entering school for the children with disabilities. We investigated to the local governments in Nara Prefecture concerning the administration on the guidance of entering school. First, the ordinance of the local government was examined. Purpose, duty and child who became object of examination of committee for guidance of entering school was examined. Regulations of the purpose were content more than the standard in the national goverment at the special education age. Next, the questionnaire was sent to 39 local governments, and 25 answers were obtained. The greater part of local governments had already shifted to the administration on the guidance of entering school that based the idea of the special support education. This shift was not necessarily what caused in the special support education conversion period. On the other hand, the difficulty was held in the execution of a polite consultation activity etc. Moreover, the consultation number has increased remarkably from 2004 to 2006. It was guessed that it related to the fact that the developmental disorders had been contained in the object of the special support education. | |||||||||
