内容記述 Recently, there are many classes in which at least two teachers teach mathematics in elementary and lower secondary schools. We call that kind of teaching team-teaching. In some countries, it is called co-operative teaching. In this paper, we investigate the concept of team-teaching in mathematics education implementing a questionnaire, interviews or observing classroom lessons. Today, team-teaching has been administratively systematized. For example, additive teachers are sent to local schools from a Local Board of Education for team-teaching in Japan. Team-teaching is aiming to be a system used to support each student who does not like mathematics and have difficulty in solving mathematics problems. We have obtained several interest findings as follows: 1. Historically, we learned the system of team-teaching from USA and other foreign countries. Today, we are developing our own style of team-teaching. 2. Analysing a number of case studies, we recognized several patterns in team-teaching ; * Whole-class style which is aiming to build up the ideas of mathematics. * Several streaming style which is aiming to support students who have different levels of attainment in cognitive and metacognitive ability. * Several grouping style which is aiming to give situations where students can learn mathematics by their own learning style. We got some other results about team-teaching in Japan; * In a case study at lower secondary schools, the number of questions from students in a class increased in team-teaching. * Even when team-teaching was adopted, there was no immediate change in students' Interest/Willingness/Attitude. Finally we presented and investigated a model of team-teaching style which is mainly aiming to build up the ideas of mathematics.
