| 内容記述 | The so-called "problem behaviours" such as "hyperkinesia", "persistence", "hurting himself or others", and "panic" , which are characteristics of autistic children are the anxious matter in terms of educational care. These "problem behaviours" should not be negatively considered just as maladjustment, but various ways of educational care must be sought after through grasping the meaning or background of the behaviour in the developmental process. The "problem behaviours" which an autistic child shows at a certain stage of his developmental process should be recognized as a sign of the developmantal difficulties to overcome the next developmental stage. It's important for us to look at the "problem behaviours" of an autistic child in relation to his developmental process. In the present research, we attempted to analyze the developmental changes of "problem behaviours" of one autistic girl in relation to the critical period in the process of development. In analyzing her "problem behaviours" for nine years, from 1st year of the primary school to 3rd year of the junior high school, four stages were divided from the viewpoint of the qualitative changes of her "problem behaviours". The result indicated that "problem behaviours" of an autistic child change or disappear with the progress of the developmantal stages. This result is to illustrate a closer relationship between the developmental process and "problem behaviours". On the basis of this result, we discussed the developmental changes of "problem behaviours" at various developmental stages. What is needed for teachers in educational practice for handicapped children is to look at again their behaviours in their developmental process and to seek for appropriate educational care which help them to overcome the next developmental stage using their skills acquired already. | |||||||||
