| 内容記述 | The economical precedent crisis has been covering since the so called "Lehman Brothers Shock" all over the world. This influence is appearing in the many areas in our country. Not a little people are thinking various volunteer for the men and the occasion in difficulty. What is called "NEET" and "Freeter" exist a few millions now. We are becoming aware of the fact that the origin of this disaster is the the "Speculative Economy". 0n the other hand, many universities and colleges are falling short of the full member. All teachers of universities are compelled the "Faculty Development" lately. This discussion with "FD" is starting in all over the universities and colleges in Japan. But this approach is remaining the situation only in the teacher' s "FD". It is needless to say that the "FD" is an indispensable affair for the teacher and university. We need to take care of the fact that the target of this discussion with "FD" is nothing but our students. I have visited many universities in a west area of Japan in order to research and to discuss about this "FD" in the last days. 0n the other hand, I have investigated the core point in the discussion with "FD" as a sample questionnaire to students. I attempt to emphasize in this paper that the "Talent as a member of society " and the "communicable capacity of sensible human skin" are attained in a full level in my lesson. Its achievement will suggest a fundamental and essential goal of the discussion with "FD". | |||||||
