As the result, it was turned out that there were three problems. These were \"Nutrition teacher's absence\" , \"Cooperation between school staffs being thin\" and \"Difficulty of deployment of cross-curricular study for the food and nutrition education in a junior high school\". The problem of \"Cooperation between school staffs being thin\" was related \"Nutrition teacher's absence\" , and so the system which dispatches the teacher of other schools to the school of the nutrition teacher absence will be required.
