children"}]},"item_3_biblio_info_6":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2014-03-31","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicPageEnd":"110","bibliographicPageStart":"105","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"23","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"教育実践開発研究センター研究紀要","bibliographic_titleLang":"ja"}]}]},"item_3_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本研究は、幼稚園年長児55名を対象とし、16日間の園内保育中に歩数計とカードを用いた歩行量増加を目的とするセルフモニタリングを実施させ、歩数量の推移について検証した。その結果、装着初日が保育時間5時間で、男児8700.5±1983.4(歩)、女児6758.2±1685.3(歩)、全園児7711.7±2061.2(歩)で、女児に比べて男児の歩数量の方が有意に多かった。その後歩数計とカードを用いたセルフモニタリングにより、男児は装着後4、11、12、16日目、女児は装着後4、11日目に1時間当たりの歩数が有意に増加した。ただし、単位時間あたりの歩数は、セルフモニタリングだけでなく、保育内容にも影響を受け、園内での自由遊びの時が最も多く、クリスマス会の時が最も少なかった。保護者へのアンケートから、園児はセルフモニタリングを行うことで、歩数計の数値と自分の歩行や遊びを関連づけて考えられるようになったが、自宅での歩数量には影響を与えないことが示唆された。また、保護者の行動変容にも結びつかなかった。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_full_name_2":{"attribute_name":"著者(ヨミ)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"names":[{"name":"カサナミ,
