Education","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_10002_description_5":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"本研究では、収縮胞複合体を構成する膜区画間での膜融合の動態を可視化するために、脂質親和性の高い蛍光色素であるFM 4-64 を用いてゾウリムシの膜を染色した。FM 4-64 による蛍光標識観察により、次に示す3 つの新しい知見が得られた。1) 収縮胞の収縮期には、収縮胞膜が萎縮した場所に、FM 4-64 により標識される比較的蛍光強度の高い部分が出現する。2) 収縮胞の側方からの観察によれば、この蛍光強度の高い膜の集積は、収縮胞複合体の骨格として存在する微小管束に沿って存在している様に観察される。3)
