| 内容記述 | In this paper, we attempt to make it clear that teachers who are the members of the school and future leader have something to do with the walls, anxiety and discomfort, when actually operating the curriculum management at school. We have investigated the precedent research on related words, international educational reform movement, national curriculum reform and school improvement, efforts towards faculty's ability to formulate qualification abilities. We have tried to clarify what we are overlooked in the execution of curriculum management. As a result, it has been clarified that the following four problem groups can exist. 1) To give teachers unsteadiness and incongruity from the image of the term curriculum management . 2) To give anxiety and incongruity to faculty members if it is insufficient to capture the practice of curriculum management from the viewpoint of the macro and lead to the confidence of the school against the efforts. 3) To give the faculty anxiety and incongruity when faculty members feel weak in the role and position of their own school, the response to efforts, and the awareness of their own identity. 4) To create a culture that carries out curriculum management mechanically, giving teachers uneasiness and incongruity if it is insufficient to give courage to constantly ask questions about teaching practice. |
