From the viewpoint of identity built from dynamic relationship between inner and outer world, we are interested in ecological approach to teacher agency, that is, approaches to ask teachers' professionalism and environment around teachers. In this paper, we first look at trends in research on school improvement and school reform. Secondly, we are considering relationship among teacher leadership, teacher agency and professional learning network. And, in order to think about the identity and subjectivity of teacher at school, we are studying the effect of professional learning network on the construction of teacher leadership and teacher agency.
