As the analysis based on previous researches, Chapter 2 deals with the backgrounds of the paradigm change to face each other's diversity and voices by dialogue. Chapter 3 deals with the importance of the ‘free and safe space for each individual' (ibasho) and the placement of dialogue in the field of social pedagogy for child and youth in Japan. Chapter 4 deals with four approaches of dialogue. It states about the change from the approach based on authority and roles of professionals to the approach oriented to empowerment of persons concerned and their community and also about the placement of appreciative dialogue for organizational vitalization. Based on the above, in Chapter 5, I will try to define the dialogue and construct its structure with its related areas such as ibasho, self-esteem and independence. In the end, by the structure built in Chapter 5, I propose a draft about three viewpoints of dialogue in child and youth support as follows: 1. Relationship viewpoint in the free space etc. on the basis of dialogue, 2. Inquiring viewpoint concerning with needs or themes of young individual. 3. Structural viewpoint in order to launch some questions about how and what the society/community should be. These viewpoints and the placement of the dialogue are important for examining the framework in developing and analyzing social pedagogical practices in the field of child and youth support.}, pages = {203--211}, title = {子ども・若者支援における対話の一考察}, volume = {68}, year = {2019} }
