 note = {The Government Guidelines for Teaching in 2017 has a preamble. It's says, that's important every child will be shoulder to make a sustainable society. In this article, I examined the degree of the ideology of ESD reflecting in new Government Guidelines for Teaching. So, I could account it was not much. Next, I examined about "Aggressiveness of Learning, Human nature", "Handling the contents" in Social Studies in elementary school. Because it has much the ideology of ESD in it. So I could account the 4th grade in Social Studies in elementary school expressed clearly the ideology of ESD.},
