As developmental theorists highlight, a goal of moral education lies in developing the ability to make logical judgments about the rightness or wrongness of actions amid new situations, or to develop rational decision-makers with such abilities. However, as clarification approaches have accentuated, moral education primarily aims to provide an opportunity to cultivate a certain kind of character. To this end, it is important to consider one’s own emotions that are inspired by each situation and one’s own experiences affecting their emotions. Through such efforts,“ how to live and how to die” can be elevated to an existential question.}, pages = {93--102}, title = {生命倫理教育の現状と課題 ─中学校「特別の教科 道徳」との関係から─}, volume = {70}, year = {2021} }
