| 内容記述 | How can the Specially Chartered Small Schools be operated to keep schools in depopulated areas? In this study, we investigated the situation of the Specially Chartered Small Schools in Nara Prefecture, and we considered the enhancement of Specially Chartered Small Schools. Therefore, we conducted hearing survey of the boards of education and schools in four cases of the Specially Chartered Small Schools in Nara Prefecture. For this study, the Specially Chartered Small Schools required intentional and strategic efforts both introduction of the system and the educational system / activities. We thought that they would lead to an increase in the number of students and the growth of students and parents. In addition, it was necessary for the board of education, schools, and residents of the area to change their consciousness to create“ school that grows with community” and“ community with school” together. We thought that they would lead to the enhancement of education with special features as the school of choice for students and parents, and lead to sustainable community also. | |||||||||
