Generation","bibliographic_titleLang":"en"}]}]},"item_3_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"家庭科は自然科学と社会科学を基礎とする応用科学の一面がある。近年、理科離れが懸念されているが、自然科学を基礎に持つ家庭科が理科離れ対策に貢献できる可能性は大きい。しかし、自然科学を取り入れた授業を実施し、その成果を評価した報告は見当たらない。そこで、自然科学の要素を取り入れた家庭科の授業を実施してその有効性を検討した。公立中学校2年生に45分、1時間の家庭科の授業で食品色素を含む食品に液性の異なる溶液を添加したときの色の変化を観察させた。その後、食品色素の説明を行った。授業前、授業後、授業約3か月後にアンケートを実施して授業内容の定着度と興味・関心の程度を調べた。授業後3か月のアンケートで、食品色素と液性への関心が高まったこと、食品の色の変化を科学の知識で説明する生徒がいたことにより、本授業が科学的姿勢をもつ人材育成に有効であることが示された。","subitem_description_type":"Other"}]},"item_3_full_name_2":{"attribute_name":"著者(ヨミ)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"57077","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"ヤナギ,
