| 内容記述 | In this research, we devised a school-toilet design together with FtM parties to aim the improvement of school environment. We surveyed 15 FtM parties through questionnaires and interviews to understand their gender dysphoria to school-toilet. The survey period was from 19th September to 27th October, 2021. Next, the design of the school-toilet was devised based on the survey results, the design draft, and the discussion meeting with the FtM parties. The discussion meeting was held on 14th January, 2022. From the survey results, it was considered necessary to control the line of sight and moving flow in women's toilets, design an all-gender toilets, and design toilets with changing room functions. In addition, we devised the following school toilet design; ‐ Arrange the women's toilet so that the appearance of entering the room is difficult to see from the corridor. ‐ Design a one-way flow line in the women's toilet so that girls don't gather too much or talk. ‐ Design the women's toilet so that users do not bother one another's eyes. ‐ Design a western-style toilet in both the women's toilet and the all-gender toilet that is large enough to change clothes. ‐ Design the all-gender toilet in a location that is easy to choose without worrying about the others' lines of sight. ‐ Set up a hand-washing area and a gathering place in the school building, separately from the women's toilet. | |||||||||
