年度に「奈良国立大学機構連携教育開発センター 現職保育者研修プログラム」として実施した「幼小9 年間の子どもの絶え間ない育ちをみとり・支える—幼小連携とは?何を連携し何を接続するのか—」の研修開発プロセスの報告である。政策的に幼小連携・接続を推し進めるような伝達型講習ではなく、より子どもにとって意味のある幼小連携・接続とは何かを、教育当事者である実践者自身が他者との対話の中で省察し、問い直すことで専門性を高める研修デザインを、自治体や複数の学校園と協働する中で開発した。具体的には、これまで幼小連携・接続で課題となっていた「互いの教育への理解」について、自分の当たり前から相手に問うのではなく、創造的に対話が促される仕掛けをデザインしている。その一例として子どもの姿や学びのみとりの具体から自らの当たり前と考える価値観を問い直せるよう、学習参観後に用いる「おたずねシート」を開発した。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_full_name_2":{"attribute_name":"著者(ヨミ)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{}],"names":[{"name":"マツダ,
