| 内容記述 | We report preventive parent-child program for children who have problems using the Internet and gaming and evaluate the program. The program consists of parent training for parents, psychoeducation and activities for parent and children, and learning media literacy for children. Nine families participated the program and of these, five were evaluated. As a result， “difficulties in care” and “scolding” of Parental Child Rating Scale score decreased from the time of the pre-test to the time of the post-test (All cases, 4 out of 5 cases, respectively). The total score of the Japanese version of Young’s Internet Addiction Test filled out by children showed improvement in 4 out of 5 cases after participation. These findings suggest that it is important to take a comprehensive approach for children who have problems using the Internet and games, such as getting a stable parent-child relationship, considering individualized rules for using internet and games and learning media literacy with support of experts. Limitation and suggestions for future research are discussed. | |||||||||||
