The subjects were two university students, One had positive attitudes, while the other had negative attitudes towards physical activities. In this teaching unit, the product was measured in terms of student formative evaluation of physical education classes, and the learning process was observed through learning notes written by students, learning time, student's engagement with the learning task, teacher's interaction to the selected students. The main findings were as follows: 1) This teaching unit was evaluated by the students. However, the selected students showed different evaluations on the physical education classes. 2) The differences were found by analyzing the learning process of the two students. Students with high attitude were found to be more willing to engage in the learning task. On the other hand, Student with low attitude showed less willingness to engage in the task. 3) According to the analyisis of the learning process in this teaching unit, the teacher used many instructions; She seldom interacted with the selected students in the learning process. 4) These results suggest that it was necessary for teachers to decrease instructions and increase interactions with students and appropriate learning tasks showed be arranged according to the levels of students.}, pages = {155--164}, title = {フィットネス教育プログラム「HELP」の授業モデル開発に関する研究 : 抽出学生の学習過程と学習成果の変容から}, volume = {54}, year = {2005} }
