| 内容記述 | It is one of the most important issues in the reforming of universities that teachers need to improve their teaching styles and methods. People have recognized that university in Japan must change their educating organization in order to improve their students' academic development. I will attempt to describe the historical circumstances of such change in Japan, focussing on the last 30 years. Nara university of education established the changing of its faculty system 5 years ago. I was one of the chief persons in charge of this transformation especially in the division of comprehensive education. I have become the head-coordinater of the graduate school's common curriculum of our university. I have also been cultivating students "TIPE (4 powers)" in my lessons. "TIPE (4 powers)" means man power concerned with thinking, imagination, practical application, and exhibitive ability in my original definition. I will indicate my original conclusion by my sampling pursuit about my instruction in "the basic thory of education I B". I propose to locate my teaching practice at Nara university of education in all Japanese universities. | |||||||
