| 内容記述 | The purpose of this study was to explore the daily practice in kindergarten of 'Food Education'. Before designing the daily practice, we examined mothers' thoughts about food and eating habits. The main results of the questionnaires were as follows. (1) Most mothers usually cooked meals at home, and the frequency of eating out was low. They seemed to understand the importance of home cooked meals. (2) However many mothers didn't encourage their children to participate in cooking, and they were worried about how to cope with their children's likes and dislikes. (3) Some mothers depended on meals from outside of their homes, and their awareness of 'Food Education' was lower. Based on these results, we propose three points in the daily practice of 'Food Education'. (1) Children are the main focus in their food life. Children are not only eaters but also cooks. (2) For the mothers who depend highly on their meals from outside, we need to educate them the importance of 'Food Education'. (3) By responding to mothers' worries about food life, we can encourage them to participate in the practice of 'Food Education'. | |||||||||
