 note = {The purpose of this study is to analyze the teacher's demands for school support volunteer in Nara City by carrying out a questionnaire survey to them. The results are as follows: Almost all kinds of the volunteer supports in the municipal kindergartens, elementary and junior high schools are highly valued among teachers in Nara City. Their demands for volunteer school guards are the highest. According to them, what it takes to be a volunteer school guard is to have passion and an understanding of school activities. Most of them think it necessary for school support volunteers to participate in a training session. About half of them cite the necessity of establishing a qualification for school support volunteers.},
