| 内容記述 | In order to strengthen the basketball team we must make an effective training plan and put it into practice. For that purpose it is necessary to grasp the correct present situation of the team and to know what part of the team to reinforce. It is also necessary to observe real games closely and find out what is lacking. I tried to gather materials to decide how to play and what kind of training to conduct in order to improve the technique. I studied the following points in this research. First I set up eight items to decide the team power. I recorded in detail the play in the game about each item, and defined the superiority and inferiority by comparing both teams. I was able to secure materials to use when training to reinforce the poor sides. Secondly I classified "the way for the ball to be carried away" into five items from the record when the ball was taken awey by the oppoding team. I was able to get training materials for the improvement of our technique ― the ball should not be taken away. So I was able to refer to the materials when I made a training plan to strengthen "the play for the ball not to be taken away" during attack and "the play to carry away the ball" during defense. Thirdly it is of course to make an effective shoot to gain points. To do so it is necessary to play so that we get in a position from which it is easy to score as well as th heighten the shooting rate of each player. It is important to observe only the outnumber plate of the front court in the latter situation of a swift attack in the game and to make clear "what is the play to aim at a large score" during attack and "what is the play to give an easy core to the opposing team" during defense. I studied the above-mentioned three points and obtained materials for coaching the team. From these I was able to point out the strong and weak points of each player. I felt deeply the importance of following an efficient method of training for each player in practice after this. | |||||||
