| 内容記述 | 5'-AMP deaminase from the meat of bivalve (Venerupis philippinarum) was purified using column chromatography on DEAE - cellulose, ammonium sulfate fractionation and column chromatography on cellulose phosphate. Furthermore, two types of 5'-AMP deaminase A and B were isolated using 5'-AMP sepharose 4 B. These enzymes were partially inactivated by dialysis against EDTA. The activity of EDTA - treated enzyme A was reconstituted upon addition of Zn++, and Ca++. On the other hand, that of EDTA - treated enzyme B was reconstituted by Zn++ but not by Ca++. The activity of Zn++ -reconstituted enzyme A was inhibited by K+ and Na+. But that of Zn++ -reconstituted enzyme B was activated by K+ and no effect by Na+ was observed. | |||||||||
