| 内容記述 | The Cu NMR associated with the Cu2+ ions in an antiferromagnetic CuF2・2H20 single crystal was investigated in a zero external magnetic field at 1.6 K by means of spin-echo method. The hyperfine field and the quadrupole coupling constant for the Cu nuclei were obtained to be HN=-158.9 kOe and eVzzQ/[2I(2I-1)h]=17.0 (63Cu), 15.8 (65Cu) MHz, respectively. From the value of the hyperfine field of the Cu nuclei in CuF2・2H2O crystal, the Cu2+ spin direction has been confirmed to be 32゜士 80゜from the long Cu-F bond direction in the a-c plane, which is consistent with the value 39゜previously determined by Peter and Moriya from antiferromagnetic resonance experiments. Though searching of Cu NMR signal had been tried many times in external magnetic fields, none except 19F NMR could be detected. | |||||||||
