内容記述 Experiments were undertaken to investigate changes in five plasma enzyme activities (GPT, GOT, LDH, CPK and Al-P) immediately after the termination of physical training with different intensities, frequencies and durations. 320 young male mice were divided into an untrained and fifteen trained groups. They were exhaustively, moderately and mildly trained on the treadmill for 10 and 6 weeks at the rate of 5 and 3 days and also for 3 weeks at the rate of 5 days per week. Results obtained were as follows. 1) In all trained groups, plasma GOT and LDH activities were not innuenced by the physical training. 2) Plasma GPT activity was significantly lower in both exhaustively and moderately trained groups for 10 weeks at the rate of 5 and 3 days and also in exhaustively trained group for 6 weeks at the rate of 5 days per week than in untrained group. 3) Plasma CPK activity was significantly higher in both exhaustively and moderately trained groups for 10 weeks at the rate of 5 and 3 days and also for 6 weeks at the rate of 5 days per week than in untrained group. 4) Plasma Al-P activity was significantly lower in both exhaustively and moderately trained groups for 10 weeks at the rate of 5 days and also in exhaustively trained group for 10 weeks at the rate of 3 days and for 6 weeks at the rate of 5 days per week than in untrained group. From the above-mentioned results, it was found that plasma GPT and Al-P activities significantly fell and plasma CPK activity significantly rose as the intensity, frequency and duration of physical training increased more than a certain degree.
