| 内容記述 | Experiments were undertaken to investigate changes in blood sugar and blood lactate concentrations after termination of exercise which was exhaustively loaded with the same intensity for 10 minutes on the treadmill in untrained and trained groups. Animals examined in these experiment were 700 young male mice and they were divided into untrained and trained groups. The latter was moderately trained on the treadmill for 10 weeks at the rate of 5 days per week. Results obtained were as follows. In untrained and moderately trained groups, blood sugar concentration significantly decreased, reaching the lowest measured values, and blood lactate concentration markedly increased, reaching the highest measured values immediately after and 15 minutes after termination of exercise, but these blood components recovered to the resting level 30 minutes after exercise. And also the ratios of decrease in blood sugar concentration and of increase in blood lactate concentration in moderately trained group were much smaller in comparison with those in untrained group. From results mentioned above, it was found that concentrations of blood sugar and blood lactate were controlled by physical training. | |||||||||
