| 内容記述 | Effects of physical training with different frequency on lipolysis of epididymal adipose tissue in male mice were studied. Exercising groups were moderately trained on treadmill for 10 weeks at the rate of 1, 3 and 5 days per week. The body weight and the adipose tissue weight did not show significant changes at the termination of physical training. The more frequent training was given, the less amount of plasma lipids (total cholesterol, triglyceride and free fatty acid) were found. Although basal lipolysis was not affected at all with various training, norepinephrine-stimulated lipolysis was significantly (P<0.01) increased in trained group at the rate of 5 days per week. The results suggest that lipid metabolism during endurance physical exercise is particularly enhanced in moderately trained group at the rate of 5 days per week. | |||||||||
