| 内容記述 | Experiments were undertaken to investigate changes in total protein, triglyceride, free fatty acid, total cholesterol, blood sugar, lactic acid and non-protein nitrogen levels of plasma in young male mice through moderate physical training for different periods (three, six and ten weeks) at the rate of five days per week with ergometer. And also, the present study was compared with the changes in blood components described above between two groups moderately and exhaustively trained. Results obtained were as follows. In a previous paper, we reported that total protein level decreased significantly with exhaustive training, but it showed no significant change with moderate training in the present experiment. It was found that free fatty acid level in moderately trained group decreased significantly through training for three weeks or more and, triglyceride, total cholesterol and blood sugar levels decreased significantly through training for six weeks or more. Lactic acid level also decreased significantly through training for ten weeks, while non-protein nitrogen level increased significantly through the training for a period more than six weeks. These blood components showed a tendency of decrease or increase with extention of training period. Compared between two groups moderately and exhaustively trained, it was found that these blood components decreased or increased significantly with the increase of training intensity. | |||||||||
