| 内容記述 | Analysis of conventional 12 lead electrocardiogram was performed in 401 university students of about 19 years old. The most popular findings of electrocardiogram in male students were sinus arrhythmia (17.3%), left ventricular hypertrophy (16.8%), first degree atrioventricular block (4.6%) and slight right axis deviation (3.7%), while in female students, they were sinus arrhythmia (19.3%), sinus bradycardia (4.3%) and suspicious flat T (3.7%). Left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH) was diagnosed when SV1+RV5or6 was greater than 35mm. The incidence of LVH in male was apparently higher than that in female. All of those showing LVH in ECG were confirmed to have no pathological left ventricular hypertrophy by means of chest X-ray film. These results suggest that new criteria for LVH in adolescent are necessary. | |||||||||
