| 内容記述 | The experiments were carried out to investigate the changes in total protein, triglyceride, free fatty acid, total cholesterol, blood sugar, lactic acid and non-protein nitrogen levels of plasma immediately after exhaustive training of different frequencies (1, 3 and 5 days per week) for 10 weeks in young mice. And also, it was examined to compare the changes in various blood components described above between exhaustively and moderately trained groups on conditions of same trained frequency. Results obtained were as follows. 1) Total protein level was significantly lower in exhaustively trained group at the rate of 5 days per week than in untrained group. But no significant changes were observed in exhaustively trained groups at the rate of 1 and 3 days per week and also in moderately trained group at the rate of 5 days per week. 2) Triglyceride, free fatty acid, total cholesterol and blood sugar levels were significantly lower in exhaustively trained groups at the rate of 3 and 5 days per week than in untrained group, and differences between exhaustively trained groups described above were significant. But no significant changes were observed in exhaustively trained group at the rate of 1 day per week. 3) Lactic acid level was significantly lower in exhaustively trained group at the rate of 5 days per week than in untrained group, but no significant changes were observed in exhaustively trained groups at the rate of 1 and 3 days per week. 4) Non-protein nitrogen level was significantly higher in exhaustively trained groups at the rate of 3 and 5 days per week than in untrained group, and differences between exhaustively trained groups described above were significant. But no significant change was observed in exhaustively trained group at the rate of 1 day per week, From results mentioned above, it was found that total protein, triglyceride, free fatty acid, total cholesterol, blood sugar and lactic acid levels showed the decrease or its tendency, while non-protein nitrogen level showed the increase or its tendency with the increase of trained frequency when the intensity (exhaustion) and period (10 weeks) of training were controlled. | |||||||||
