| 内容記述 | A gonio-microscope, which permits measurements of directions of normals to etch pits, was designed and made to determine the orientations of the aluminium single crystals. The etch pits were consisted of crystallographic facets with the low index of {100} by the etchant of dilute aqua regia. The direction angles of active slip plane traces on two surfaces which were at right angles to each other were measured stereographically by the results of measuring the normals to the etch pits, and were observed actually after tensile straining at a few percents. The accuracy of the determination of crystal orientation could be within one degree. | |||||||
