| 内容記述 | In previous paper, the authors suggested that triglyceride, free fatty acid, total cholesterol, blood glucose and lactic acid concentrations were significantly lower on the trained group than on the untrained, and on the contrary non protein nitrogen concentration was significantly higher on the former than on the latter just after the cessation of moderate physical training by the treadmill on 5 days/wk for the duration of 10 weeks in mice, with reference to the resting state. The experiments were carried out to investigate the changes of blood components described above during the week elapsed after the cessation of moderate physical training in mice. Blood samples were collected on one, two, four and six weeks after the training. Results obtained are as follows: 1) Triglyceride, total cholesterol, blood glucose and lactic acid concentrations were significantly (P<O.01) lower on one week after the training on the trained group than on the untrained, but they recovered to the untrained level on two weeks after the training. 2) Free fatty acid concentration was significantly (P<O.01 and P<0.05) lower on two and four weeks after the training on the trained group than on the untrained, but it recovered to the untrained level on six weeks after the training. 3) Non protein nitrogen concetration was significantly (P<0.01) higher on one week after the training on the trained group than on the untrained, but it recovered to the untrained level on two weeks after the training. From the facts mentioned above, it seemed that there was a close relationship between blood components and physical training. | |||||||||
