| 内容記述 | 1. On November 2, 1975 and October 31, 1976, endoparasites of cave bats living in the stalactitic caves, Seiryu-do, Ja-no-ana, Gongen-do and Anasako-no-ana, located at the southwestern district in Okayama Prefecture were investigated to make clear the helminth fauna of cave bats. 2. Scores of the small horse-shoe bats, Rhinolophus cornutus and the bend-winged bats, Miniopterus schrebersii hibernated in Seiryu-do located at Nariwa-cho, Kawakami-gun. Rhinolophus cornutus were infected with both the cestode, Vampirolepis isensis and the nematode, Strongylacantha rhinolophi, peculiar to R. cornutus, and with the trematode (species name unknown) ; the infection rate of them was extremely low. 3. Scores of the horse-shoe bats, Rhinolophus ferrumequinum hibernated in Ja-no-ana located at Yoshii-cho, Kozuki-gun and in Anasako-no-ana located at Kawakami-cho, Kawakami- gun. 4. R. ferrumequinum from Ja-no-ana were infected with a number of the cestodes, Hymenolepis rashomonensis, the nematode, Strongylacantha pretoriensis and the trematode (species name unknown). 5. R. ferrumequinum collected in Ja-no-ana, Gongen-do and Anasako-no-ana were infected with a number of very small larval cestodes, which stopped growing and were invisible to the naked eye. | |||||||
