| 内容記述 | Experiments were undertaken to investigate the effects of physical training on blood properties in mice, with reference to the resting state. The animals examined in this experiment were 300 young male mice of ICR-JCL strain and these mice were divided into two groups, i. e, the trained and untrained ones. The exercising group was loaded by the treadmill for 5 days/wk during 10 weeks extending from the 4th to the 14th week after birth and total distance of running was 18875m. Blood samples were collected in two days after the load for 10 weeks was stopped and determined for the following components, i. e, 1) total plasma protein, 2) triglyceride, 3) free fatty acid, 4) total cholesterol, 5) blood sugar, 6) lactic acid, 7) non-protein nitrogen. Results obtained were as follows: 1) There was no significant difference in total protein concentration between the trained and untrained groups as the effect of physical training. 2) But triglyceride, free fatty acid, total cholesterol, blood sugar and lactic acid concentrations were significantly lower in the trained group than in the untrained. 3) Non-protein nitrogen concentration was significantly higher in the trained group than in the untrained. From these evidences, it was suggested that there was important relationship between the blood component and physical training. | |||||||||
