| 内容記述 | The Administration of Physical Education is to produce physical activities and make them go toward the better state of things. The present method of the administration of phisical education is physical education service, which consists of area service, club service and program service. From the present state of our country, the persons concerned need to make more effort hereafter in order to promote civil sports and phpsical education for the community. The purpose of this research is to study the concrete instances of the chid service, to examine and analyze the results, and further to investigate which course shoulb be taken from now on, and what method to use. The sports outlook of the Japanese people have changed very much in recent years. Now "participating in sports" is absolutely necessary. There is much inclination from cham pionship sports to avocation sports. To expand sports was once thought to increase the number of people participating in sports, but today sport has a bipolar structure. There has been a gradual increase in people who want sport for the masses. The result of my study of the formation and development of "The Sports Group for Young Workers", which was established in Nara ten years ago shows that over eighty per cent of its members like "taking part in sports"-especially ball games and they take interest in the ball games which they enjoyed in their school days and continue to play them ; that is, the physical education and the way sports should be have much influenc on people even after they go out into society, and that their purpose doing exercise is not to make a good record or to win games, but to improve their health or to establish good human relations. What keeps them from daily exercise and activity is lack of sport facilities, no time, and so on. To solve the problems above and find desirable sports for most people-sports for all, it is of urgent necessity to study the real state of advanced nations in sports-West Germany, which carried out "The Golden Plan" in 1960, and Britain, which establshed Sports Conference in 1972, and it is also urgent business to embody the new measures fit for the actual state of our country. Club service alone cannot make sports popularize. The best way of meeting the demand of people would be to make physical education service cooperate much better with club service, area service and program service. | |||||||
