| 内容記述 | 1. The regional development after world War II in Nara Prefecture began with the development of the southern mountain district on the Totsu-Kino Rivers Comprehensive Development Project and Yoshino-Kumano Designated Area Comprehensive Project. After that the New Comprehensive project of Nara Prefecture was fixed in 1963 and it rather leaned toward an economic development laying stress upon an industrial development of the Nara basin. A social development was added to the second New Comprehensive Development Project from the viewpoint of the priority of living circumstances, which was decided according to a change of the social and economic situation in 1968. The Longrang Basic Program of Nara Prefecture fixed in 1973 attaches more importance to the conservation of circumstances and prevention of nuisance and takes up a regional development of the Yamato Plateau distric in eastern part of the basin. 2. The adjustment law of the Kinki region was enacted simultaneously with determination of the New Comprehensive Development Project of Nara Prefecture, and a national fundamental policy for the development and adjustment of the Kinki region was disclosed in it. The Nara basin and its environs was designated as the suburban adjustment district of the established Hanshi n metropolises and an industrial development was carried forward briskly and an overflow of factories out of the Hanshin industrial belt was received in the Nara basin and five industrial estates which were built up in the basin under the Comprehensive Development Project of Nara Prefecture following the national development and adjustment policy for the Kinki region. 3. Nara Prefecture area is divided into six regional groups, W1, W2, W3, C, and S districts which are composed of groups of village, town and city from the standpoint of an industrial location in this paper. The writer analyzed the expansion of an industrial location by the regional groups from statistical data. The industrial location flourished remarkably in Wi and W5 districts between 1960 and 1970, during the high-pitched growth age of Japanese economy, but it has proceeded into C district after 1970 and fallen into stagnation in Wi and Wa districts. Most of industries which enter out of the Hanshin industrial belt are the subcontract medium and small factories, and the metalwork, machine and chemical industries. 4. There are regional differences in an average per capita income as well as the population among the regional groups. According to the increasing inflow out of the Hanshin metropolises, the population grows most remarkably in Wi district and the average per capita income level is the highest among the regional groups. It depends upon the high wage level of the commuters to Osaka rather than the employee's of the factories which are located there. | |||||||
