| 内容記述 | 1. The repetitive spike firing in the large neuron of the crab cardiac ganglion has been studied by means of intracellular recording and current injection. Adaptation occurs during the maintained depolarization of slow potential underlying repetition. 2. The threshold for spike initiation increases under the slow potential arising in the soma-dendritic membrane of the neuron which is electrically inexcitable. 3. The cause for adaptation is ascribable to an accommodative process in the electrically excitable membrane of the axon where the spike originates. | |||||||
