Twins"}]},"item_3_biblio_info_6":{"attribute_name":"書誌情報","attribute_value_mlt":[{"bibliographicIssueDates":{"bibliographicIssueDate":"2010-03-31","bibliographicIssueDateType":"Issued"},"bibliographicPageEnd":"222","bibliographicPageStart":"219","bibliographicVolumeNumber":"19","bibliographic_titles":[{"bibliographic_title":"教育実践総合センター研究紀要"}]}]},"item_3_description_4":{"attribute_name":"抄録","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_description":"ふたごやみつごが生まれた場合、母親の養育上の負担はより大きいと思われる。そこで、多胎児を育てている母親がどのような疲労感や育児負担を感じているかについて検討した。方法は保健所で行っている「ふたご・みつごの育児教室」に参加した多胎児をもつ母親29人を対象として、人工妊娠かどうか、子育てで大変だった時期と内容、乗り切った方法、行政に求めるもの、多胎児を育ててよかったこと、などを調査した。その結果、妊娠は人工が51.7％で過半数を占め、きょうだいがないのは79.3％と多かった。子育てで最も大変だった時期は生後６ヶ月までが多く、内容は「こどもの泣きへの対応」「母親の睡眠不足」「ふたりへの授乳に関すること」「こどもたちが動きまわるので目が届かない」などであり、乗り切った方法は「実母、義母をはじめとする親族の援助」「夫の援助」「一人でがんばる」などであった。行政等に求めた支援としては「安全に通行するための歩道の整備や駅のエレベーターの整備」「家事の補助等の生活支援」「託児所・保育所などの育児の支援」「相談・話し相手」などであった。育ててよかったと思うことでは、多胎児ならではの子育ての楽しみや喜びといったことを殆どの人があげていた。多胎児を育てている母親は、孤立した現状や様々な負担感を持っていた。母親の育児負担感を減らすため、今後行政からの支援として、家事の補助、保育、親同士の仲間づくりなどを念頭においた施策の実施が必要になると考えられた。","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_3_full_name_2":{"attribute_name":"著者(ヨミ)","attribute_value_mlt":[{"nameIdentifiers":[{"nameIdentifier":"40005","nameIdentifierScheme":"WEKO"}],"names":[{"name":"ムトウ,
