| 内容記述 | From February, 1967 to January 1968, the fresh water fishes, Zacco temminckii, were collected once a month at the Shirazuna River, a branch of the Kizu River, and the infection rate of Isoparorchis hypselobagri in the fishes were investigated. 1. A number of the present trematodes were found in the muscles of the dorsal part of the fish body, and a small number of them in the body cavity of the ventral part. These trematodes penetrated the muscle, forming the tunnel whose surrounding wall was coloured blackish brown, and they lived in it. 2. About 50 per cent among of the specimens parasitic in the muscle was the fully mature forms having eggs in their uterus, but all the specimens parasitic in the body cavity were immature forms. 3. The fully mature form collected from the muscle of Zacco temminckii was smaller in shape as compared with the one from the air bladder of Parasilurus asotus and the degree of the uterus curve of the former was complex as compared with the one of the latter. 4. The seasonal variation of the infection rate of Isoparorchis hypselobagri in the fish was found, and it should be especially noted that the incidence of infection was high in winter season and low in summer season. 5. No trematode was found in the small fish under 44mm, but a certain interrelation was found between the size of the fish and that of the parasitic trematode; the larger the size of the fish, the larger the size of the parasitic trematode. | |||||||||
