| 内容記述 | An investigation was attempted, through the job analysis procedure based on the Guide Book into Job Analysis edited by Ministry of Labor, of the working environment and the extent to which special class graduates meet those physical and mental requirements presented by the business proprietors. 35 subjects for this study were graduates from two special classes attached to two public junior high schools, Nara prefecture. The author and his assistant collected data through interviewing those proprietors who employ the above-mentioned subjects. The former made fourpoint ratings concerning several abilities of the subjects and the latter made ratings concerning abilities required for the job in which subjects were engaged. Thus, comparison and analysis was made between these two ratings, and discussion was given about the educational implications of the results. | |||||||
